Just another update..
I have a job interview on March 25. Not only is this incentive for me to drop a few pounds so that I feel more comfortable presenting myself to a potential employer, but the job is also really conducive to my weight loss. It’s at a theme park, which means that my job would literally have me standing on my feet the entire time. Some people would hate this, I know, but it allows for me to get added exercise in every day. I’ll probably be walking across and through the park throughout each day. Let me note: this is one of the biggest theme parks in the country, it’s huge - so. much. walking. This will be SO GOOD for me health wise. Plus, when I work for such a long shift (as I would at this place), I’ll have no time for mindless snacking out of boredom. Yay!! I really hope I get the job! I know it pays minimum wage and it’s probably going to kill my arches, but I also kind of really need the money. I hope the money I make this summer will start me off with some spending cash at college next year. I’m really, really, hoping this works out!
These last two days have been really hectic, so I wasn’t able to jot down my daily assessments or food intake for the day. Tomorrow will be completely free, which means I’ll be able to be more on track. Overall, even though I didn’t write anything down, I kept myself on track. Honestly, I probably ate a little over my calories limit. I’d say 1,300 or even 1,400. To be honest, I’m not really upset. I’ve been really good this week, so this isn’t at all detrimental.
Breakfast: Salad (80)
Snack: Banana (120)
Lunch: Pretzels (330)
Snack: Tuna (100)
Dinner: Egg White Omelette (65), Banana (120)
Snack: Cereal (400)
Total: 1,215
*The salad was a leftover from last night. I know.. a salad for breakfast.. that’s weird.. Plus I had pretzels for lunch. Weird, I know. I was jonesing for them and decided I wanted them for lunch. Not nutritious. I know.

Haha, just kidding about the grade. I gave it that because I was so euphoric yesterday. Anyway, I didn’t count calories again, but I ate well. Didn’t really exercise, but that’s because I was just so dang jubilant I wanted to spend my time dancing for joy (so maybe I did exercise..). I’m going to continue counting calories today. The only reason I didn’t the past two days was because I was a nervous wreck about hearing from the University.

Now that I’ve been accepted into my top choice school, it’s really hit me that I don’t want to go there overweight. College won’t start until mid-late August, so I have a lot of time, but I hope I don’t mess up. This means that I will probably be blogging more often and updating more frequently just so that I stay on track. I hope that doesn’t annoy anyone..
Anyway, this week has been great for me health wise. I hope I can keep it up! I’ve eaten so well and even though my exercise has lacked, it’s been good too!
